YOUTH SECTION - YOUNG BREEDERS CLUB
Mission Statement: - Our young breeders are the future of the breed and we recognise the importance of this. Our goal is to provide the young breeders with activities and programs that will develop them into innovative, progressive people, contributing to the development of the Charolais breed in Ireland, by developing members’ individual and team skills, leadership abilities and knowledge. 2011 NATIONAL SHOW YOUNG BREEDERS COMPETITION
The Young Breeders preparation, handling and showing competition took place on the Friday evening prior to the National Charolais Show in Tullamore. Class 28 (open to 8 - 12 years old) 1st - Conor Craig; 2nd - Leanne Searson; 3rd - Andrew McNally. Class 29 (open to 12+ - 15 years old) 1st - Shannon Kinahan; 2nd - Katie Corridan; 3rd - Christy Hanley. Class 30 (open to 15+ - 25 years old) 1st - Martin Ryan Jnr.; 2nd - Amandine Micaud; 3rd - Clodagh Ryan; 4th - Mairead Smullen.
